SUDHEERA GANGIREDDY
Sudheera brings two decades of operational leadership across banking, private equity, and technology-driven transformation. She led the world's first large-scale enterprise deployment of robotic process automation for a global bank — delivering 500 production bots — and later built go-to-market, channel, and business development capabilities at an AI-first real estate investment firm, where she designed the channel partner strategy across brokerages, syndicators, and institutional partners. She currently holds an operating investment in Irajya, an industrial water treatment company, where she leads market development in the US — giving her active, hands-on experience scaling a portfolio business. She holds an MBA from IIFT and Hanken.
